Eggless Chocolate Bread Pastry With Whipped Cream

• 4-5 slices white bread
• 1 cup cold heavy cream
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp melted chocolate
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• Milk chocolate

For Coffee Syrup:
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon coffee
• 3 tbsp sugar


Whipped cream:
Prepare a cold mixing bowl.
Add cold heavy cream.
Whisk on high speed for 1 minute.
Add powdered sugar.
Whisk on high speed for 2 minutes or until stiff peak forms.
Do not over whisk it.
Divide the cream into 2 parts and put on a different bowl.
Set aside.

Chocolate Whipped Cream:
In the same mixing bowl, add melted chocolate.
Gently fold and mix the ingredients until well combined.
Add cocoa powder.
Mix well until mixture changes to a chocolate color.

Coffee Syrup:
In a sauce bowl, add sugar and coffee.
Mix to dissolve coffee.

Remove the crusts from the sides of the bread.

Get one slice of bread.
Apply coffee syrup by dumping it on the bread.
Spread whipped cream on top.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Damp with coffee syrup.
Spread chocolate whipped cream.
Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
Cover everything with chocolate whipped cream evenly on all sides.
Grate milk chocolate on top.
Cover the side with the excess grated milk chocolate.
Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes or until it is set.

Slice into 2 equal parts.
You can put toppings like cherry or chocolate bits.
Serve and enjoy!
