Fresh Poached Cod With Buttered Veg

Cod is considered a healthy fish, because it has the ability to support heart health, reduce the risk of strokes, control high blood pressure, and good for bodybuilding.

Ingredients:

• 150 grams Codfish
• 450 ml water
• 30 grams salted butter
• potatoes
• carrots
• a handful of sea salt
• ground black pepper

Instructions:

Fillet the cod and cut the skin side of the fish.
Prepare the pan.
Pour water and a handful of salt.
Place the cod fillet.
Put the pan over medium-high heat.
Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
Set aside.

Peel the carrots and potatoes.
Put into another pan.
Let it boil until they are tender enough.
Set aside.

Melt salted butter on a pan.
Set aside.

Transfer the cod fillet, carrots, and potatoes to a plate.
Pour melted salted butter.
Sprinkle with a little bit of ground black pepper.
Serve.
