Buffalo wings are a favorite when watching movies or a big game. This recipe satisfies your buffalo wings cravings in a healthy and vegan way.

In place of chicken wings, we have delicious and hearty cauliflower florets. Coated with easy to make sauce that has literally two ingredients in it, it gives that spicy and buttery bite to each floret.

Ingredients:

• 1 large cauliflower head
• 1/2 cup of brown rice flour or all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of hot sauce
• 1 tbsp of vegan margarine

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425F.
Cut the cauliflower into small bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl, prepare your batter by adding flour, salt, garlic powder, and water. Mix well.
Add your cauliflower to the bowl and make sure the batter coats all of the pieces.
Lather some oil on your baking sheet and place the cauliflower.
Spread your cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast the cauliflower for 15 minutes.
To make the sauce, mix hot sauce and melted vegan margarine in a small bowl.
Mix the roasted cauliflower with the sauce.
Grease your baking sheet again and roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes at 420F.
Let the cauliflower rest for a few minutes, and serve with vegan ranch dressing.

Ideas And Tips:

• You can also use other vegetables in this recipe. Try using zucchini, bell peppers, or carrots. Simply coat the vegetables with the sauce and roast in the oven for a few minutes.

• Brown rice flour is perfect if you want a gluten-free meal. It is made from stone ground brown rice. This type of flour is rich in manganese which helps in the development of bones and cartilage.
