The easiest and simplest vegan whipped cream you can serve as a dip to your favorite fruits and vegetables. You only need 3 ingredients to make this homemade recipe. This only takes less than 20 minutes to make.
• 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
Chill the unsweetened coconut milk in the fridge, recommended overnight.
Once you are ready to make the whipped cream, put a bowl inside the fridge.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Open the can of unsweetened coconut milk.
Separate the coconut fat and liquid.
Set aside the liquid.
On a bowl, add coconut fat, vanilla, and agave.
Use a hand-held mixer and whip it on high speed for 4 minutes or until texture softens.
Serve and enjoy.
