The Best Chocolate Soufflé You’ll Ever Make

Enjoy your afternoon with this sweet and savory chocolate soufflé. Traditionally, a soufflé is a dish made from egg whites and egg yolk mixed with other ingredients such as flour, butter and vanilla essence. In this recipe, dark chocolate will be incorporated into the mixture to add more flavor to this classic dessert.


• some softened butter (for greasing ramekins)
• some sugar (for coating)

• 100 grams dark chocolate (75% cocoa)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cold milk
• a pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 egg whites
• 3 tbsp sugar
• some cocoa powder (optional for garnishing)


Prepare three ramekins.
Brush the bottom and sides of each ramekin with some butter.
Coat with sugar.
Set aside.

Put 100 grams of dark chocolate into a mixing bowl.
Set aside.

Preheat oven to 200 C.

Set a small pot over medium-low heat.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
Add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
Whisk for a minute or until well combined.
Pour 1/2 cup of cold milk.
Whisk until well combined and mixture is slightly thick.
Once done, pour the mixture into the bowl of dark chocolate.
Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.
Whisk until chocolate melts.
Continue to whisk until well combined.
Add one egg yolk.
Whisk until well combined.
Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, add two egg whites.
Use an electric hand mixer to whip until fluffy.
Add 3 tbsp of sugar in portions.
Whip each time you add sugar.
Continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Add 1/3 portion of the egg white mixture into the dark chocolate mixture.
Whisk until well combined.
Add the remaining egg white mixture.
Fold until well combined.

Fill each sugar-coated ramekin with the mixture.
Smoothen the surface.
Put the ramekins on a baking tray.
Place it inside the preheated oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once done, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
Serve and enjoy!

Only 3 Ingredient Double Chocolate Mousse In 20 Minutes

Double chocolate mousse is a sweet dessert perfect for a weeknight party or family dinner. A layer of dark and white chocolate mixed with whipped cream is a great way of ending a party or a dinner. Prepare it in the afternoon and chill it in the fridge for a few hours – and sprinkle some cinnamon if you like additional flavor to this mousse.


• 100 grams white chocolate (chopped)
• 100 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate (chopped)
• 200 ml whipping cream + 300 ml cold whipping cream


This recipe yields four mousse cups.

Put chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
Put chopped semi-sweet dark chocolate in another bowl.
Set aside.

Set a saucepot over medium heat.
Add 200 ml of whipping cream into the pot.
Let it simmer.
Once it starts to simmer, remove it from the heat.
Pour half of the cream into the bowl of white chocolate.
Pour the remaining half into the bowl of dark chocolate.
Leave it for 5 minutes until chocolates melt.
Stir each mixture until well combined.
Set aside.

Prepare a large mixing bowl.
Add 300 ml of cold whipping cream.
Whip it using a hand mixer.
Continue to whip until soft peak stiffs.
Divide the mixture in half.
You now have two separate bowls of whipped cream.
Into the first bowl of whipped cream, add the white chocolate mixture in portions.
Whip the mixture each portion you add.
Continue to whip until well combined.
Do the same with the dark chocolate mixture and the other half of whipped cream.

Prepare four small cups.
Add 3-4 tbsp of dark chocolate cream mixture into each cup.
Gently tap the cups to spread evenly.
Add 2-3 tbsp of white chocolate cream mixture on top of each cup.
Gently tap the cups to spread evenly.
Place the cups in the fridge.
Let them chill for 3-4 hours.
After 3-4 hours, remove from the fridge.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Churros & Hot Chocolate Recipe [No Oven]

What a perfect way to spend the weekend; preparing a yummy treat of churros and hot chocolate! This homemade dish is easy to cook, no oven is required. Make a soft and smooth dough for the churros and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with a flavorful hot chocolate.



• 150 ml water
• 20 grams sugar
• 40 grams unsalted butter (softened)
• 110 grams all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• cooking oil (for deep frying)

Hot Chocolate:

• 50 grams dark chocolate chips
• 25 grams sugar
• 120 ml milk
• 4 grams cornstarch + 10 ml water



Prepare a saucepot.
Pour 150 ml of water into the pot.
Add 20 grams of sugar and 40 grams of unsalted butter.
Set it over medium heat.
Let it cook until butter melts.
Add 110 grams of all-purpose flour.
Stir and cook the mixture over low heat.
Keep stirring until well combined and turns into a soft dough.
Once done, transfer to a mixing bowl.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Crack open an egg into the dough.
Fold until well combined.
Add another egg and fold until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe out dough by about 3-4 inches long to make churros.

Set a deep pan over medium-high heat.
Add cooking oil for deep frying and warm it up.
Add the churros dough into the pan and fry until golden brown.
Once done, remove from the pan and put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Set aside.

Hot Chocolate:

Prepare a small saucepot.
Add 50 grams of dark chocolate chips and 25 grams of sugar into the pot.
Pour 120 ml of milk.
Set the pot over low heat.
Whisk until chocolate melts.
Add a mixture of 4 grams cornstarch and 10 ml water into the pot.
Continue to whisk the mixture until slightly thick.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a cup.

Serve with the churros.
