Enjoy the sweetness of these fudgy brownies for dessert or snacks. These brownies are great for after lunch meals and weekend afternoon snacks.
Ingredients:
• 200 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 medium eggs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare a 7 x 7-inch baking pan.
Grease lightly with butter and line with parchment paper.
Set aside.
Cut the semi-sweet dark chocolate into smaller pieces.
Put the pieces in a bowl.
Add butter.
Melt the butter and chocolate pieces on a double broiler.
Once melted, set aside and let it cool.
Prepare another bowl.
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Add three eggs one at a time.
Mix until well combined after each egg is added.
Add salt and vanilla essence.
Add the melted chocolate mix.
Mix until well combined.
Sift through all-purpose flour and cocoa powder.
Fold the mixture gently until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the parchment-lined baking pan.
Gently shake and tap the pan to evenly distribute the mixture.
Place inside the preheated oven.
Let it bake for 30 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven.
Let it cool.
Slice for serving.
