Vegan Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Philly cheesesteak is a sandwich made from slices of beefsteak and topped off with a generous amount of melted cheese. It originated in Philadelphia which is the largest city in the state of Pennsylvania in the US. There are now numerous variations of this popular sandwich. Some use chicken instead of beef.
