Vegetable Cheesy Pasta Recipe – Indian Style Pasta – Easy And Delicious

Pasta is a staple food of the traditional Italian cuisine. A pasta dish is generally served warm and eaten as a course on its own. Today we’re sharing with you a simple cheesy vegetarian pasta recipe. The cooked fusilli pasta is mixed with spicy sautéed vegetables, then topped off with grated cheese. This delicious, healthy, and hearty pasta dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

• 150 grams of fusilli pasta
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 green chilies, chopped
• 8 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tsp red chili sauce
• 1 tsp pasta seasoning mix
• 4 tbsp cooking oil
• 50 grams of grated cheese
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp crushed black pepper

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 30 minutes to make. Serves 4.

Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté green chilies and garlic for a few seconds.
Add onions and continue sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add carrots and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, then reduce the heat to low-medium heat.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add bell peppers and stir.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 1 minute
Add tomato ketchup, dark soy sauce, and red chili sauce, then stir.
Add cooked fusilli and salt, then mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Season with black pepper and pasta seasoning mix.
Mix well, then turn off heat.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve.

• You can also use other types of pasta such as macaroni, penne or farfalle.
