Vegetable Soup (Delicious And Healthy!)

Cold winter days and nights call for a hot steaming soup. One great way to make a hearty and healthy soup is using an organic soup mix. Soup mix is sold in small bags and found in the soup aisle of the grocery stores. It is made of a mix of dried lentils, splits peas, barley, rice, millet, beans, chickpeas or garbanzo beans. To use it, you have to soak the soup mix overnight and drain before adding to your soup and cooking with the rest of the ingredients. This recipe gives you a delicious vegetable soup.
