Ingredients:
• 3 Russet Potatoes (cooked)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup green onions
• 1/4 cup bacon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• Cheddar cheese sticks
• Breadcrumbs
• Plain flour
• 3 beaten eggs
• Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add cooked russet potatoes, sour cream, chopped green onions, and bacon bits.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix and mash until well combined.
Scoop from the potato mixture.
Place the cheddar cheese stick in the center and wrap it around.
Coat with flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Do this with the remaining potato mixture.

Ingredients:
• 6 potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)
• 2 cups parmesan
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 sweet onion (diced)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes
• 3 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 cups spinach
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 cup ricotta
• 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
Instructions:
For the potato sheet:
Set a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle and spread parmesan cheese on it.
Lay the thinly sliced potatoes slightly overlapping vertically and horizontally.
Sprinkle and spread parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes.
Season with salt.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 F.
For the beef mixture:
Set a skillet over medium-high heat.
Heat olive oil.
Saute diced sweet onion until its translucent.
Add ground beef and let it cook until it changes color.
Add diced tomatoes and chopped parsley.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients:
• 4 potatoes (uncooked and unpeeled)
• 4 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)

• 1 lb bacon (sliced)
• 1 cup milk
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup chives
Instructions:
Make crosswise slices on each potato and make sure not to slice all throughout.
Microwave each potato for 5 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Mix melted butter, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture on the potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put a bacon in between the potato slices.

Ingredients:
• 6 potatoes (washed)
• 1.5 cups + 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
• 8 oz cream cheese

• Bacon strips
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1 cup chopped green onions.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.
Put a few holes on each potato.
Wrap each potato with aluminum foil.
Grill for 20 minutes at 400 F.
Remove from the grill and let it cool.
Unwrap each potato.
Cut the top and bottom edges of each potato.
Using a small spoon or a melon baller, scoop out in the center of each potato.

• 1/2 tbsp pepper
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• A pack of Ham
• Cheddar cheese (cut into small squares)
• 2 cups flour
• 8 beaten eggs
• 4 cups breadcrumbs
• Oil for deep frying
• Parmesan cheese (grated)
• Parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash cooked Yukon gold potatoes.
Add grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon bits, and chopped scallions.
Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Spread evenly the mixture on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Set aside.
Take a small square of cheddar cheese.
Wrap it with a slice of ham.
Do another 20 pieces of it.
Press each ham and cheese into the potato mixture with enough space horizontally and vertically.

Peel and mash the potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Instructions:
Wash the potatoes and keep it unpeeled.
Cut into smaller pieces.

Remove from heat and drain the water.
Let it sit for a minute to let moisture evaporate.

Stir and let it simmer.
Remove from heat.
Strain oil through a strainer over the potatoes.

• 5 potatoes (washed)
• Water
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper

• 5 bacon strips
• 12 eggs
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
Wash 5 potatoes and keep it unpeeled.

Drain the water.
Add the seasonings – salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
