15 Minute No-Bake Fruit Tart Recipe

The best desserts are often those that are easy to make but still amazingly delicious. Tarts are traditionally baked and topped off with various ingredients like chocolate, fruits, and nuts.

In this recipe, you can whip up a delicious tart in 15 minutes with no baking involved. Using crushed cookies as a base, this tart only needs to set in the fridge. Creamy vanilla pudding is topped off with delicious fresh fruit slices.


• 1 liter of whole milk
• 100 grams of melted butter
• Crushed white cookies
• 2 vanilla pudding mixes
• Assorted fruits, sliced
• Mint


This recipe takes 15 to 20 minutes to make. Serves 8 to 10.

In a bowl, pour melted butter on the crushed cookies.
Mix together and then transfer to a tart tin with removable bottom.
Press downwards and sidewards using a spoon or a small glass.
Slice off the excess at the top with a knife.
In another bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mixes.
Make sure that there are no lumps left.
Carefully pour the pudding mix into the cookie crust.
Let it set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Add sliced fruits on top.

Ideas And Tips:

• You can use any type of cookie you want. You can use graham crackers, milk cookies, or Oreos. You may need to adjust the amount of melted butter depending on your cookies. It needs to hold its shape so that the pudding does not seep out.

• You can use any type of pudding mix you want. You can experiment with flavored mixes such as pistachio, berry or chocolate.
