Here is a collection of yummy dinner recipes you can easily prepare. The recipes below range from the simple and easy mac and cheese in a mug to a classic sour cream twice-baked potatoes. Enjoy!

1. Mac & Cheese In A Mug

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup pasta
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 4 tbsp grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Prepare a microwave-free mug.
Add 1/3 cup of pasta and 3/4 cup cold of water.
Microwave for two minutes.
Add 4 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese.
Mix while hot to melt the cheese.
Enjoy!

2. Crispy Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:




• a block of mozzarella cheese
• some all-purpose flour
• some whisked eggs
• some breadcrumbs
• oil for deep frying
• popsicle sticks

Instructions:

Slice the block of mozzarella cheese into inch blocks.
Insert a popsicle stick on each cheese.
Coat with flour.
Dip into whisked eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry each cheese stick in heated oil.
Once golden and crisp, transfer to a plate.
Do this with the remaining cheese sticks.
Serve with dips.
Enjoy!

3. Cheese Sandwich Simple Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 white bread slices
• 2 small slices of ham
• 2 small slices of mozzarella cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1-2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, crack open three eggs.
Pour 1/2 cup of milk.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk to combine.
Set aside.

Cut off crusts on the two bread slices.
Lay a bread slice on a plate.
Add a small slice of mozzarella cheese, followed by 2 small slices of ham.
Add another small slice of mozzarella cheese.
Cover with another bread slice.
Pinch the edges to seal.
Dip and coat in the egg mixture.

Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Melt 1-2 tbsp butter.
Once melted, fry the sandwich until golden.
Serve and enjoy!

4. Bread & Camembert Cheese

Ingredients:

• 4-8 tbsp rosemary sprigs
• 4-8 tbsp minced garlic
• 4-8 tbsp some olive oil
• salt to taste
• camembert cheese
• cob bread loaf

Instructions:

In a sauce bowl, add 4-8 tbsp each of rosemary sprigs and minced garlic.
Add some olive oil.
Mix to combine.
Set aside mixture.

Place a cob bread loaf on a baking tray.
Use the camembert cheese to make a round cut on the middle of the cob bread loaf.
Remove the soft inner part of that cutout, so that you can insert the camembert cheese.
Slice off the top layer of the cheese, then insert into the cutout.
Make a criss-cross pattern cut on the bread.
Add some of the mixture in each cut on the bread.
Sprinkle salt all over the bread.
Place inside the oven, then bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, then serve.
Enjoy!

5. Easy Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 white bread slices
• 2 cheddar cheese slices
• some melted butter

Instructions:

Brush melted butter on one side of a bread slice.
Lay it on an aluminum foil, buttered side facing the foil.
Add 2 cheddar cheese slices.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Fold the aluminum foil to cover the bread.
Cinch the edges to seal.
Heat the sandwich using a flat iron.
Put the heated flat iron on top of the wrapped sandwich for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
Once done, remove the foil.
Serve and enjoy!

6. Easy Cookie Dough Recipe #1

Ingredients:

• cookie dough

Instructions:

Make small balls from the cookie dough.
Place them on a baking tray.
Using a meat mallet, flatten each ball to form cookies.
Place in the oven and bake until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.
Serve and enjoy!

7. Easy Bread Dough Recipe #1

Ingredients:

• bread dough
• some flour

Instructions:

Form medium balls from the bread dough.
Make a hole in the middle of each ball, making each look like a donut.
Sprinkle some flour and coat each donut lightly.
Make cuts around each donut like that of a pinwheel.
Place them on a baking tray.
Place inside the oven, then bake until golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and cool.
Serve and enjoy!

8. Easy Puff Pastry Recipe #1

Ingredients:

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• strawberry jam (or any fruit jam)

Instructions:

Make small squares from the pastry sheet.
Add 1-2 tbsp strawberry jam (or any jam of your choice) in the middle of each square.
Fold each square to make a triangle.
Use a fork to seal the edges and to make a cookie pattern.
Put them on a baking tray.
Place inside the oven and bake until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.

9. Easy Puff Pastry Recipe #2

Ingredients:

• 1 puff pastry sheet

Instructions:

Lay a pastry sheet on a baking tray.
Cut the sheet into small squares.
Pinch the middle of each square to make a ribbon.
Place in the oven and bake until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.

10. Easy Puff Pastry Recipe #3

Ingredients:

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• handful of sugar
• handful of cinnamon

Instructions:

Lay a pastry sheet on a baking tray.
Sprinkle a handful of sugar on it, followed by a handful of cinnamon.
Roll up the sheet tightly.
Slice to equal portions, about 2-4 inches.
Get a chopstick, then place it vertically on top of each roll, and press it down to make a pattern.
Put them on a baking tray and bake until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.

11. Easy Cookie Dough Recipe #2

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cacao powder
• cookie dough

Instructions:

Form small balls from the cookie dough.
Dip and coat each ball into the cup of cacao powder.
Roll using your hands to incorporate the cacao powder with the cookie dough.
Once done, shape each dough into an elongated circle.
Press a chopstick vertically on each dough to make a bean-like pattern.
Place them on a baking tray and bake.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool.

Ingredients:

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• handful of sugar
• egg wash

Instructions:

Lay a pastry sheet on a work surface.
Sprinkle a handful of sugar on top.
Fold the pastry sheet, meeting at the middle.
Make the last fold.
Slice to equal pieces about 2 inches wide each piece.
Cut in the middle of each piece, not slicing it all through.
Take both ends away from each other.
Place them on a baking tray.
Brush each piece with egg wash.

14. Easy Puff Pastry Recipe #5

Ingredients:

• 1 puff pastry sheet
• melted chocolate
• egg wash

Instructions:

Lay a pastry sheet on a work surface.
Add melted chocolate on half of the sheet, then fold.
Slice into 1-inch strips.
Get a strip and twist it, then roll it up to make a rose-like pattern.
Do this with the rest of the strips.
Place them on a baking tray.
Brush each pastry with egg wash.
Place in the oven and bake until golden.
Remove from the oven and let them cool.
Serve and enjoy!

15. Baked Potato Meatball

Ingredients:

• 5 medium Yukon gold potatoes (or 3 large Yukon gold potatoes, peeled)
• 1 lb ground beef
• some chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup chopped white onion
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup bechamel sauce
• handful of grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Boil Yukon gold potatoes in a pot of boiling water.
Once potatoes are tender, drain water and transfer potatoes to a plate.
Let them cool.
Slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
Line a round casserole dish with 6-7 potato slices.
Add 8-10 potato slices around the edges.
Set aside.

Preheat oven to 200 C.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 lb of ground beef.
Add some chopped parsley and 1/2 cup of chopped white onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Form into 6-7 meatballs.
Place each meatball on top of each potato slice lined in the dish.
Place a potato slice in between the meatballs.
Pour bechamel sauce on top of each meatball.
Sprinkle with a handful of grated mozzarella cheese.
Place inside the preheated oven.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

16. Sour Cream Twice Baked Potatos

Ingredients:

• 6 medium Yukon gold potatoes (unpeeled)
• 1 cup olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup ham strips
• 2-3 tbsp chopped green onions
• 1 cup bechamel sauce
• handful of grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170 C.

Prepare a baking dish.
Add 6 washed and unpeeled medium Yukon gold potatoes.
Drizzle each with olive oil.
Season with salt.
Place inside the preheated oven.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes.
Transfer to a work surface.
Slice about 1/3 of each potato to make a potato “cup”, then set aside the sliced pieces.
Carefully scoop out the flesh from each potato, but not scooping out all through.
Set them aside.
Place the potato flesh in a mixing bowl.
Add sour cream, ham strips, and chopped green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until well combined.
Fill each potato cup with the mixture.
Set aside.

Peel off the skin from the sliced pieces from earlier.
Add them to a baking dish.
Mash and spread evenly on the bottom of the dish.
Place the potato cups on top of the mashed potato layer in an inverted position.
Pour bechamel sauce on each of the potato cups.
Sprinkle a handful of grated mozzarella cheese.
Place inside the oven at 170 C.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!

17. Pancake, Bacon, And Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 cup milk
• 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes
• 14 cured ham slices
• 12 raclette cheese slices

Instructions:

Boil about 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes.
Once done, slice into thin rounds.
Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour.
Add eggs, melted butter, and milk.
Whisk until batter is well combined.

Set a medium nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop from the batter using a ladle and pour into the pan.
Swirl it just enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
Cook until golden on both sides.
Do this with the rest of the batter.
It should make 10 thin pancakes.

Prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Line the baking dish with 6 thin pancakes.
Add a single layer of potato slices, followed by 6-7 cured ham slices.
Add 6 raclette cheese slices.
Cover with two pancakes.
Add another layer of potato slices, cured ham, and raclette cheese.
Cover with two pancakes.
Place inside the oven at 200 C.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool.
Slice to equal portions.
Serve and enjoy!
