Raw Vegan No-Bake Brownies – Just 3 Ingredients

The famous chocolate brownie is a dessert or snack that originated in the United States. Its main ingredients include chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, and butter. Vegans and raw foodists, you can still enjoy this all-time favorite by preparing raw vegan no-bake brownies. They are sugar-free and egg-free! No-bake is required. You only need three ingredients to make this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups dates
• 1 cup almond meal
• 1/3 cup cacao powder

Instructions:

Place 2 cups of dates in the food processor.
Push until fine pieces form. The texture should be thick.
Add 1 cup of almond meal and 1/3 cup of cacao powder.
Push until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined container.
Spread evenly.
Press down the mixture across the edges.
Place inside the fridge and let it chill for 3-4 hours.
Once done, remove it from the fridge.
Peel away the parchment.
Slice into smaller squares to form brownies.
You can sprinkle each brownie with cacao powder.
Serve and enjoy!
