1. Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 140 grams tuna (canned)
• 1/4 red onion (chopped)
• 1 green onion (chopped)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard
• salt and black pepper to taste
• lettuce leaf
• whole wheat bread slices

Instructions:

In a bowl, add 140 grams can of tuna.
Add chopped red onion and green onion.
Season with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.

Lay a whole wheat bread slice on a plate.
Place a lettuce leaf on it.
Spread the tuna filling on top of the lettuce.
Cover with another whole wheat bread slice.
Serve as it is or slice in half.

2. Tuna Oatmeal Patties

Ingredients:

• 140 grams x 2 cans of tuna
• 1/2 white onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
• 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• 1 cup ground oats or oat flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2-3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Drain 140 grams of tuna to remove all liquid.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add chopped onion and crushed garlic.
Add chopped chives and parsley.
Add ground oats.
Season with salt and red chili flakes.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix until well combined.
Get a spoonful from the tuna mixture and form a patty.
Do with the rest of the tuna mixture.
Set aside.

Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil and heat it.
Fry each patty for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate.
Serve with your favorite dip.

3. Spaghetti Tuna And Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow onion (chopped)
• 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1/2 chili pepper (sliced)
• 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
• 500 grams tomato sauce
• 350 grams spaghetti
• 140 grams x 2 cans of tuna
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 bunch parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti noodles in a pot of boiling water.
Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, add olive oil over medium-high heat.
Saute chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Add crushed garlic, sliced chili pepper, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir until fragrant.
Add tomato sauce.
Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tuna and break into pieces while stirring in with the sauce.
Bring to a simmer.
Once it simmers, season with salt and black pepper.
Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix to combine.
Add chopped parsley.
Toss to combine well.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!

4. Tuna And Quinoa Patties

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rinsed quinoa
• 2 cups water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 140 grams x 2 cans of tuna (drained)
• 1 small white onion (chopped)
• 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
• salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 3 beaten eggs
• 2-3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Set a pot over medium-high heat.
Add rinsed quinoa and water.
Season with salt to taste.
Bring to a boil.
Once it boils, reduce to low heat.
Cover the pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add drained tuna, chopped onion, and crushed garlic.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix until well combined.
Get a spoonful of the mixture and form into a patty.
