This homemade no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies recipe is quick and easy to do. You just need a few ingredients to combine and your delicious cookies are ready. This recipe does not require baking / oven.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cups white sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 1 1/2 quick oats
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare a sauce pan.
Add butter, milk, white sugar, and brown sugar into the pan.
Season with salt.
Add cocoa powder.
Set it over medium heat.
Stir and cook until butter melts.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for a minute.
Once it boils, remove from the heat.
Add peanut butter, rolled oats, and quick oats.
Season with vanilla extract.
Mix until well combined.
Get a spoonful from the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Form into a cookie.
Do this with the remaining mixture.
Leave it at room temperature until set.
Once done, serve and enjoy!
