1. Protein-Packed Salad
Ingredients:
• 2-3 tbsp homemade dressing or any vinaigrette
• 1/2 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• 1 red potato (diced and steamed)
• 1 large egg (boiled and diced)
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• 1/4 lb green beans (halved and steamed)
Instructions:
Prepare a large container or mason jar.
