The peanut butter cookie is said to have originated in the United States. It’s created from a peanut butter-based cookie mixture and typically round – but could be formed into a variety of shapes. Some have fork marks as crisscross patterns on the cookies. This recipe takes about 45 minutes and makes 36 cookies.
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
