Best Homemade Pizza Recipe From Scratch

For Dough:

• 120 mL water
• 200 grams flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt

For Toppings:

• Pepperoni
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Green vegetables like Baby Arugula (optional)


Mix dry yeast, water, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
Add flour.
Blend or use a food processor to make a dough.
Cover with plastic wrapper to increase size.
Set it aside for 40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 485 F.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour on a flat surface.
Roll out the dough.
Place it on top of a parchment paper.
Make 6 cuts in the middle part only.
Spread pizza sauce on the corners of the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Top it off with pepperoni.
Grab one cut from the center and stick it up with the corner.
Repeat for all cuts.
Transfer to a baking tray.
Let it bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Put some green vegetables (or any other option) in the center.
