Ingredients:
• 1 cup boneless chicken (sliced)
• 1 teaspoon garlic (crushed)
• Red chili to taste (crushed)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 pinch orange food color
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1-2 tbsp oil
• Mayonnaise
• White bread slices
• Water
• Mozarella cheese
• Oil for deep frying
• 3 eggs (beaten)
• Bread crumbs
Instructions:
In a bowl, add boneless chicken.
Season with garlic, red chili, salt, and black pepper.
Add orange food color and yogurt.
Mix until well combined.
Let it marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Put oil and let it heat.
Add the marinated chicken.
Stir for a few minutes.
Cover and let it cook on low heat until chicken is cooked through.
Switch off heat.
Add mayonnaise according to your desire.
Mix until the chicken is coated with the mayonnaise.
Set aside.
Prepare white bread slices.
Slice and remove the brown sides of the bread.
Flatten the bread.
Form into a cone.
Fill it up with chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese.
Secure using water and pinch the edges.
Dip the cones to the egg mixture.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Put oil for deep frying.
Let it heat.
Add the cones and let it fry until it turns golden and crisp.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve with different dips.
