Here’s a healthy alternative to ice cream. Perfect for summer, these fudgesicles are so easy to make and so delicious that even kids would love them. Creamy, sweet and crunchy, you’d never guess there is no dairy in these treats!
This recipe takes about 5 to 6 minutes to make. Serves 5 to 6 fudgesicles depending on your popsicle molds.
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 cup of milk
• 6 to 8 dates, softened
• 3 to 4 tbsp of cacao powder
• Honey
• Mint extract
• Salt
Instructions:
Place the all the ingredients in a blender.
Whirl until smooth.
Scoop out the mixture and transfer to popsicle moulds.
Use a long toothpick to remove the air bubbles from the mixture.
Add popsicle sticks.
Pop in the freezer until frozen.
Ideas And Tips:
• You can basically put anything you want in these fudgesicles. Other treats you can use are raisins, nuts like almond or walnuts for added crunch, chocolate chips, crushed cookies, and brownie bits.
• In this recipe, coconut milk was used. You can substitute with almond milk, soy milk or even whole milk.
