Banana Date Smoothie:
• 1 ripe banana
• 4 pitted Medjool dates
• 3 ice cubes
• 1 cup of water
Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 slice of pineapple
• 6 small strawberries
• 6 blueberries
• 3 ice cubes
Instructions:
Each smoothie takes about 3 minutes to make. Serves 1.
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve is a glass.
