Flat Stomach Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are not only refreshing drinks but when made with the right ingredients can be your perfect weight loss buddy. This flat-stomach smoothie recipe is reported to help reduce belly fat and bloating. It is packed with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics. This smoothie will keep you feeling full. • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
• ½ cup of frozen pineapple chunks
• 1 cup of kale
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 3 oz non-fat vanilla Greek-style yogurt
• ¾ cup of water


This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make. Serves 1.

Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve.

Ideas And Tips:

• You can use ice cubes instead of water to make a slushy smoothie.

• You can also use your favorite 100% natural fruit juice instead of water.

• You can use other green leafy vegetables such as bok choy, collards, parsley, romaine lettuce, and cabbage.

• You may also add superfoods to the smoothie – such as chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds.

• Add oatmeal or nuts to your smoothie for some crunch.
