How To Make A Healthy Vegetarian Stir Fry

• 4 cups of mixed vegetables
• Half an onion
• 6 tbsp of soy sauce
• 6 tbsp of water
• 2 tbsp of rice vinegar

• 4 tsp of cornstarch
• 2 tbsp of brown sugar
• Extra virgin olive oil

Chop the vegetables so that they are roughly the same size.
In a hot pan over high heat, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil.
Place all of the vegetables, including the onion, into the pan.
Lower the heat.
