Who doesn’t enjoy coffee time? One of the classic coffee favorites is café mocha. It is also called mochaccino, which is a chocolate-based variety of caffe latte. Café mocha is a combination of hot milk and chocolate flavoring that is usually in the form of cocoa powder and sugar.
• 1 cup full cream milk
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2-3 tbsp hot water
• 1 tsp sugar
This recipe takes 3 minutes. Serves 1.
In a mug, mix 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2-3 tbsp hot water.
Mix the ingredients well until everything dissolves in the hot water.
Set a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup full cream milk and heat for about 3 minutes.
Let it simmer and switch off the heat.
Another way is to microwave the milk at a high temperature for 1.5 minutes.
Pour the hot milk into a heat-resistant jar.
Properly close the lid.
Shake it for 15-20 seconds or until the milk is frothy.
Gradually pour the milk into the coffee mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
