Post-Workout High Carb Smoothie

After an exhausting workout, you need to replace lost carbohydrates in your body. A refreshing way to do this is to make yourself an all-natural post-workout smoothie. • 4 bananas
• 8 Medjool dates
• 1 tsp cinnamon
