1. Berry Chocolate Toast
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup almond butter
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 4 tsp agave syrup
• 2 tbsp almond milk
• 2 toasted bread slices
• some buckwheat seeds (for garnishing)
• some berries (for garnishing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, add almond butter and cocoa powder,
Add agave syrup and almond milk.
Mix well to combine.
Spread the butter mixture on toasted bread slices.
Top it off with some buckwheat seeds and some berries.
Enjoy!
2. Crispy Veggie Wraps
Ingredients:
• 2 flour tortillas
• vegan cream cheese
• small handful of chickpeas
• handful of baby spinach
• 1 small tomato (sliced thinly)
• 2 tbsp marinara sauce
• chopped parsley (optional for garnishing)
Instructions:
Heat flour tortillas for a minute on a pan.
Once heated, lay down on a plate.
Spread vegan cream cheese on each tortilla.
Add a handful of baby spinach, thin slices of tomato, and some chickpeas.
Top it off with 2 tbsp marinara sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Roll up like burritos.
Set a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the burritos and heat each side for 3 minutes.
Once done, remove from the pan.
Serve as it is or slice in half.

3. Banana Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• some granola (for garnishing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash two ripe bananas.
Add 2 tsp of cocoa powder and mix well.
Garnish with some granola.
Enjoy!
4. Raw Falafel Mix
Ingredients:
• can of chickpeas
• 1/2 red onion (chopped)
• 1 clove of garlic
• juice of a lemon
• handful of parsley
• sea salt to taste
• cumin powder to taste
• smoked paprika to taste
Instructions:
Prepare a food processor.
Add chickpeas, chopped red onion, clove of garlic, and parsley.
Squeeze in juice of a lemon.
Season with sea salt, cumin powder, and smoked paprika.
Blend until well combined.
Once done, transfer to a plate.
Serve with your favorite vegetables or spread it on crackers.
