Ingredients:
• 110 grams rice flour
• 85 ml hot water
• 1 large white onion (chopped)
• 40 grams grilled fish (chopped)
• 1 green onion (sliced)
• 200 ml water
• 15 grams brown sugar
• 40 grams Gochujang chili paste
• 5 ml soy sauce
• 5 grams chili powder
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• some sesame seeds (for garnishing)
Instructions:
Prepare a mixing bowl.
Add rice flour and hot water in the bowl.
Mix well to combine.
Knead the dough.
Roll it up into an inch thick rope.
Cut into 1-inch long pieces to make tteokbokki.
Add tteokbokki into a pot of boiling water over medium heat.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove from the heat and drain water.
Transfer into a bowl of cold water.
Set aside.
Set a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 200 ml water.
Add sugar, Gochujang chili paste and soy sauce.
Season with chili powder.
Stir and let it simmer.
Once it simmers, add tteokbokki in the pan.
Add chopped white onion and chopped grilled fish.
Let it cook for 5 minutes until it simmers.
Add hard-boiled egg and chopped green onion.
Stir and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce reduces a little.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl or plate.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!

• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp butter (for frying)
• American cheese slices

Instructions:
Spread butter on both sides of each bread slice.
Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup julienned carrot, 2 tbsp thinly sliced onion, and 1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage.
Crack open 2 large eggs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Set a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Melt 1 tbsp butter.
Pour egg and vegetable mixture and give it a rectangular shape.
Let it cook for 3-5 minutes on one side and slice in half to give you 2 squares.
