Potato Cheese Balls Recipe

Crispy and yummy potato cheese balls are quick and easy to prepare. The cheesy mixture of potato and mozzarella will definitely be a hit! This dish can be served as a snack or appetizer. Serve with a variety of dips from ketchup to chili sauce, always a perfect match with the potato cheese balls. This recipe takes about 35 minutes to prepare and cook. It makes about 25 potato cheese balls.


• 3 red potatoes
• 100 grams mozzarella (sliced into small cubes)
• 50 grams parmesan cheese (shredded)
• black pepper to taste
• salt to taste

• 3 eggs
• 200 grams breadcrumbs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 50 grams all-purpose flour
• peanut oil (for deep-frying)


Place mozzarella cubes in between kitchen papers and press lightly.
Set aside.

Peel off skin from the potatoes.
Soak in water for a few minutes.
Slice into big chunks.
Put in a pot full of water.
Add some salt and let it boil until tender.
When tender, remove from the pot and transfer potatoes into a bowl.
Put the potatoes in a potato ricer by batch and push it to shred the potatoes.
Add shredded parmesan cheese and season with black pepper to taste.
Mix well to combine.
Season with salt to taste.
Mix well.

Get a spoonful of the potato mixture and form into small balls.
Create a small hole in the center of each potato ball.
Fill it with a cube of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat this with the remaining potato mixture and mozzarella cheese cubes.
It should make 25 potato cheese balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Set aside.

Crack open three eggs in a bowl.
Beat well.
Set aside.

In a bowl, add breadcrumbs.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix well.
Set aside.

Coat each potato cheese ball in flour.
Dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs mix.
Dip back into the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs mix.
Put it back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Repeat this with the rest of the potato cheese balls.
Place inside the fridge while heating the oil.

Heat peanut oil in a large pot until it reaches 175 C.
Deep-fry the potato cheese balls until golden brown.
Remove from the pot and drain excess oil by putting the balls on a paper towel.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve with your favorite dip.

Garlic Cheese Bread Sticks Tawa Recipe – Easy Stuffed Dominos Without Oven

Make these easy and cheesy garlic cheese bread sticks as appetizers or snacks! Bread slices are coated with garlic butter mixture stuffed with mozzarella cheese, sweet corn, and green chili for a flavor kick. These can be pan-fried or cooked using a sandwich toaster. Sprinkle some oregano mix or peri-peri masala on top for additional flavor you and your family will surely enjoy. This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare.


• 100 grams butter (softened)
• 100 grams mozzarella cheese (diced)
• 4 bread slices
• 4 tbsp garlic
• 1 tbsp coriander or parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1/2 cup sweet corn
• 2 green chili (chopped)
• 3 tsp oregano mix or peri-peri masala


In a food processor, add 4 tbsp garlic.
Process until finely chopped.
You can also manually chop the garlic into fine pieces.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander or parsley.
Add 100 grams softened butter and 1 tsp chili flakes.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside once garlic butter is ready.

Lay four bread slices on a plate (for two sandwiches).
Evenly spread garlic on one side of each bread slice.
Add diced mozzarella cheese on each bread slice.
Top it off with some sweet corn and chopped green chili.
Cover with another bread slice.
Press it down carefully.
Evenly spread garlic butter on top of the bread slice.
Do this with the remaining bread slices.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the sandwich garlic butter side down first.
Apply garlic butter on the other side.
Cover with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
After 2-3 minutes, flip it on the other side.
Do not cover with the lid and let it cook until golden.
Sprinkle peri-peri masala or oregano mix and some garlic butter on top of the bread.
Cook for a minute.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a chopping board.
Slice into breadsticks.

You can also cook this using a sandwich toaster.

Pizza Parcel Without Oven Recipe – Pizza Squares Recipe – Chicken Cheese Parcel

One of the best chicken pastry recipes you can prepare for dinner is chicken cheese parcels. The combination of cheese and chicken spread over a pizza dough is a tried and tested winner. You don’t need an oven to bake these crowd-favorite pizza squares.


• 400 grams chicken (boiled and shredded)
• 3-4 tbsp oil
• 2 medium onions (chopped)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
• 1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
• 1 tsp black pepper

• pizza dough
• some cornstarch
• 1-2 beaten eggs
• pizza sauce or chili garlic ketchup
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• chopped coriander (optional for garnishing)
• oregano powder (optional for garnishing)


Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add 3-4 tbsp oil and warm it up.
Saute chopped onions until soft and translucent.
Add 1 tbsp butter.
Stir and let it melt.
Add 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Add 400 grams of boiled and shredded chicken.
Season with salt to taste and 1 tsp red chili powder.
Stir and cook until well combined.
Add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock.
Stir well to combine.
Let it simmer.
Add 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, and 1 tsp black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Once the mixture cooks, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
Set aside.

Preheat a pot on low flame for 20 minutes.

Roll out pizza dough on a cornstarch-dusted surface.
Form into a thin square.
Spread some pizza sauce or chili garlic ketchup.
Spread the chicken mixture next.
Sprinkle top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll it up and cut it into squares.
Place the pizza squares in a parchment-lined baking tray.
Brush some beaten egg on top of each square.
Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander, and oregano powder.
Place the baking tray in the preheated pot.
Cover the lid and let it bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once it cooks, remove it from the pot.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
