You can still enjoy summer treats even if you’re vegan or vegetarian. This gluten and sugar-free strawberry ice cream is a real winner for that Sunday afternoon treat for summer!
• 2 bananas (frozen and sliced)
• 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen and chopped)
Prepare the food processor.
Place the sliced and frozen bananas and strawberries.
Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
It should have a smooth and creamy texture.
Transfer to a container.
Place inside the fridge and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy and serve.
Tips and ideas:
You can add a slice of banana on top for added presentation.
