Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe – Vegan Cake Without Eggs Without Milk

How do you make a vegan chocolate cake from scratch? This recipe can be made without eggs and an alternative for milk. This recipe will take about an hour. This is a very simple but tasty chocolate cake.


• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/3 cocoa powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1/4 cup applesauce


Preheat oven to 375 F.

Prepare a baking dish and line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
Whisk until well combined.

In a separate bowl, add almond milk, applesauce, vinegar, water, oil, and vanilla extract.
Whisk until well combined.

Combine the two mixtures.
Keep stirring about 10 rotations or until there are no lumps in the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
Let it bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Serve and enjoy!
