• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp vegan butter
• 1 tbsp ripe banana
• 1 tbsp water
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/16th teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a mixing bowl, add dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well.

In a separate mixing bowl, add wet ingredients like ripe banana, vanilla extract, and water.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture of dry ingredients.
Mix them until it thickens.

Grease pan with vegan butter and pour mixture on it.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and serve.
