Smoothies are perfect for breakfast, snack or after a tiring workout. These smoothie recipes have your back for 5 days. They are easy and quick to make and each recipe can serve a crowd. All of the smoothies are fat-free, dairy-free, nut-free, cholesterol-free, and high in fiber. Make your way to flatter belly with these absolutely delicious, healthy and refreshing smoothies.

Ingredients:

Orange Berry Smoothie:
• 2 quarts of orange juice
• 200 grams of frozen berries

Peppermint Crisp Smoothie:
• 20 dates, pitted
• 2 tbsp carob powder
• 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
• 1.7 quarts of water
• 1 drop of peppermint oil

Milkshake Replacement:
• 5 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
• 1.3 quarts of water
• 2 squirts of vanilla crème drops

Creamy Datorade:
• 20 dates, pitted
• 100 grams of coconut sugar
• 1.6 quarts of coconut water
• 1.5 squirts of vanilla crème drops

Apple Pie In A Glass:
• 2 apples, cored, peeled, and sliced
• 15 dates, pitted
• 1.7 quarts of water
• 1 tsp warming spice mix
• 2 squirts of cinnamon drops

Instructions:





Each smoothie takes about 5 minutes to make. Serves 4 to 5.

Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses.

Ideas And Tips:

Carob powder is a cocoa powder alternative. It is made from dried, roasted carob tree pods. It is often used as a natural sweetener and has a unique nutty taste.

Warming spice mix is a blend of warm, but not too hot spices such ascloves, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns, fennel, and nutmeg
