Sushi is a Japanese dish made from rice, vegetables, seafood, eggs, meat, or fruits. Rice is spread out on a nori sheet and then fillings are added before a mat is used to roll them into place. The sushi roll is then cut to reveal the fillings inside. Sushi is usually dipped in a sauce made from soy sauce and wasabi. Sushi is enjoyed all over the world. A variety of sushi rolls is available in many restaurants. Contrary to popular belief, sushi is not difficult to make.

This recipe allows you to enjoy a vegetarian sushi roll at home. You can add whatever vegetable you like in this sushi roll. Delicious, light, and healthy, this is a great way to satisfy your Japanese cuisine cravings.

• Half of an avocado
• Cooked white sushi rice
• 150 grams of cooked Tuscan black rice
• Nori sheets
• Shimeji mushrooms
• Asparagus strips
• Carrots strips
