Ingredients:
• 5 large overripe bananas
• 400 grams sweet condensed milk
• 2.5 cups self-rising flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mash five large overripe bananas in a bowl.
Add 400 grams sweet condensed milk and 2.5 cups self-rising flour.
Mix well to combine.
Transfer into a standard-sized loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
Spread evenly and smoothen the surface.
Place it inside the preheated oven.
Bake it for 45-50 minutes.
Insert a toothpick in the middle of the bread.
When it comes out clean, it means the banana bread is cooked.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
Cut into equal slices.
