Base Recipe – Main Steel Cut Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 2 cups steel cut oats
• 3 cups water
• 1 cup almond milk
• pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare an instant pot.
Add 2 cups of steel-cut oats.
Pour 3 cups of water and 1 cup of almond milk.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Stir the mixture.
Cover the pot with a lid.
Put the instant pot on high temperature.
Set the timer to 4 minutes.
Once done, open the lid.
Stir the mixture and let it cool.
Set aside.
1. Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
• 1 small apple (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• chopped almonds (optional for garnishing)
• drizzle of maple syrup (optional for garnishing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, add a cup of cooked steel-cut oats.
Add half of the chopped apple and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
Mix well.
Top it off with the rest of the chopped apple.
Garnish with chopped almonds and drizzle with maple syrup if you prefer.
Serve and enjoy!
2. Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup or more blueberries
• 1/2 tsp lemon zest
• drizzle of maple syrup (optional for garnishing)
• chopped almonds (optional for garnishing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, add a cup of cooked steel-cut oats.
Drizzle with 1 tsp of lemon juice.
Add half of the blueberries – fresh or frozen will do.
Drizzle maple syrup if you prefer.
Mix well.
Top it off with the rest of the blueberries and lemon zest.
Garnish with chopped almonds if you prefer.
Serve and enjoy!
3. Peanut Butter & Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 ripe banana
• chia seeds (optional for garnishing)
• drizzle of peanut butter (for garnishing)
Instructions:
Divide the ripe banana into two.
Mash half of the ripe banana and set aside.
Thinly slice half of it for garnishing, then set aside.
In a bowl, add a cup of cooked steel-cut oats.
Add mashed bananas and 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
Mix well.
Garnish with the ripe banana slices.
Drizzle with peanut butter.
Sprinkle with chia seeds if you prefer.

4. Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut milk
• 2 tsp raw cacao
• some toasted coconut (for garnishing)
• some chocolate chips (for garnishing)
• drizzle of coconut milk (for garnishing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, add a cup of cooked steel-cut oats.
Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 2 tbsp of coconut milk, and 2 tsp of raw cacao.
Mix well.
Garnish with some toasted coconut and chocolate chips.
Drizzle with coconut milk if you prefer.

5. Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp chia seed jam (or any jam you prefer)
• some chopped peanuts (for garnishing)
• some chopped coconut flakes (for garnishing)
• drizzle of maple syrup (optional for garnishing)

Add 1 tbsp of cashew butter, 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder, and 1 tsp of maple syrup.
