Each smoothie only takes a few minutes to make. Pour them into your work tumbler and you’re all set to start your day.
Ingredients:
Monday Blues:
• Half a cup of skimmed milk
• Half a cup of vanilla flavored yogurt
• Half a tsp of vanilla powder
• Small bowl of blueberries
Tangerine Tuesday:
• Half a cup of orange juice
• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 orange, peeled and deseeded
• 1 peach, chopped
• 2 carrots, finely sliced
Rejuvenating Wednesday:
• Half a cup of skimmed milk
• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of watermelon, chopped
• Half a cup of beetroot
Thirsty Thursday:
• Half a cup of apple juice
• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 apple, chopped
• 10 deseeded black Jamun
• Lime juice
Fresh Friday:
• Half a cup of orange juice
• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of spinach leaves
• 2 kiwis, chopped
• Half a cup of chopped cucumber
• Juice of 1 lime
Sunny Saturday:
• Half a cup of pineapple juice
• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of chopped mango
• 1 banana, chopped
Instructions:
These smoothies take 3 to 5 minutes to make. Serves 1 to 2.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a glass.
