1. Chocolate Banana Pancake Dogs

Ingredients:

• 3 bananas
• 300 grams melted dark chocolate
• popsicle sticks
• 1 cup pancake mix
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3/4 cup milk
• Oil for deep frying
• Powdered sugar

Instructions:

Cut bananas in half.
Stick each half into a popsicle.
Dip in melted dark chocolate.
Lay on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg, 1 tbsp oil, and 3/4 cup milk.
Whisk until well combined and mixture thickens.
Dip each chocolate-coated banana into the mixture.
Deep fry into a preheated oil at 180 C.

Ingredients:

• Egg wash

• 1/2 cup dijon mustard

• 3 eggs
• 400 ml milk

• 30 grams butter
• 30 grams plain flour
• 400 ml whole milk
• 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg

Instructions:

Flatten white bread slices and cut the crusts off.
Brush egg wash on the edge of a bread slice and press the edge of the second bread slice on top. Do this on the remaining bread slices to create rows of 4 slices.
Spread dijon mustard on the bread.
Place a slice of swiss cheese and ham on top of each bread slice.
Cut the bread vertically.
Roll up one strip tightly and put on the next strip to continue rolling up to create a large spiral.
Place the large spiral of bread into a springform pan that is greased and lined.
Set aside.

In a bowl, add 3 eggs and 400 ml milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk until well combined.
Pour mixture to the large spiral of bread.
Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C.

Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel.
Set a pan over medium heat.
Melt 30 grams of butter.
Add 30 grams plain flour and whisk until well combined.
Add 400 ml whole milk gradually and whisk every time.
Let it simmer, then add 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese.

Whisk until cheese melts.
Remove from heat.

Once the spiral bread is baked, remove it from the oven.
Spread the bechamel on top and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of grated gruyere cheese.
Grill on high temperature for 5 minutes.
Remove and transfer to a plate.

Ingredients:

• 1 loaf bread
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml milk
• 50 grams caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• 2 tbsp butter
• 200 grams sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 300 ml double cream
• 150 grams dark chocolate

Instructions:

Cut one loaf bread into thick slices, removing the crusts off.

In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 200 ml milk, 50 grams of caster sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Whisk until well combined.
Dip each loaf bread slice into the mixture.
Make sure they are well coated.

Set a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Melt 2 tbsp butter.
Fry the slices until golden brown.
Remove from heat.

Mix 200 grams sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Coat each french toast bread slices into the mixture.
Stack the slices on a plate.

Put 300 ml double cream and 150 grams of dark chocolate in a microwavable container.

Ingredients:

• 40 grams butter
• 40 grams flour
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 250 ml chicken stock
• 250 ml heavy cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

• 12 eggs
• 3 tbsp milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp oil
• 10 rashers bacon

• Tortillas
• Grated cheddar cheese
• Finely chopped coriander

Instructions:

For the sauce:

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Melt 40 grams butter.
Add 40 grams flour and mix until well combined.
Add seasonings – chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano.
Mix well.
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and mix again.
Add 250 ml chicken stock gradually while stirring.
Add 250 ml of heavy cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
Stir well and let it simmer.
Remove from the heat.

For the egg mixture:

In a mixing bowl, add 12 eggs, 3 tbsp milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

For the filling:

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Heat 1 tsp oil.
Fry 10 rashers bacon until oil separates.
Transfer the bacon on a plate and set aside.
Drain 1/2 of the oil from the pan.
Add the egg mixture and cook it as a scrambled egg.
Remove from the heat.

Assembly:

Place the scrambled egg, bacon bits, grated cheddar cheese, and finely chopped coriander on the center of each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla.
Place the tortillas in a baking dish.
Spread the sauce and grated cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 C.
Remove from the oven.

Flatten each bread slice.
Line up 4 bacon rushers, 4 sliced mushrooms, 3 sliced sausages, and 2 cooked tomatoes on a bread slice.
Leave a gap on each side.
Cover with another bread slice on top and secure the edges by pressing them.

Mix 4 eggs and 1/4 cup milk until well combined.
Coat and dip the sandwiches into the mixture.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Melt 1 tbsp butter.

Ingredients:

• 300 grams white bread flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 6 grams yeast
• 15 grams sugar
• 15 grams butter
• 1 beaten egg
• 170 ml milk

• Semolina
• 1/2 tbsp oil
• 300 grams grated yellow cheddar cheese
• 150 grams grated cheddar cheese
• 150 grams grated mozzarella cheese

• 12 sausages (skin removed)
• 1/2 tsp Italian herb mix
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

• 12 egg whites
• 8 egg yolks
• 50 grams melted butter

Instructions:

For the muffin:

In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams white bread flour, 1 tsp salt, 6 grams yeast, 15 grams sugar, 15 grams butter, 1 beaten egg, and 170 ml milk.
Mix until it becomes a dough.
Knead and place in a bowl.
Cover with clingfilm and leave for 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, roll out the dough onto a flour-dusted surface and form to a circle.
Place the dough into a lightly greased springform cake tin with dusted semolina.
Sprinkle semolina on top of the dough.
Cover with clingfilm and let it sit for 40 minutes.

Set a frying pan over very low heat.
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and spread it evenly on the pan.
Place the dough into the pan.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Flip it on the other side and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Transfer to a baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C.

For the cheese:

Set a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 300 grams grated yellow cheddar cheese, 150 grams grated cheddar cheese, and 150 grams grated mozzarella cheese.
Stir until all the cheese melts and well combined.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a square baking dish lined with parchment.
Leave and let it set.

For the sausage patty:

In another mixing bowl, add 12 skinless sausages.
Season with 1/2 tsp Italian herb mix, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Set a baking tray lined with parchment and put a springform cake tin.
Place and press the sausage mixture inside the tin, then remove the tin.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C.

For the egg:

Separate 12 egg whites and yolks.
Mix the egg yolks.
Set a frying pan over medium heat and place a metal ring on the side portion of the pan.
Drizzle a little amount of oil.
Put the egg whites on the outer ring.
Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Put the egg yolk mixture on the inner ring and cook for a minute.
Remove pan from the heat.
Bake for 5 minutes at 200 C.

Assembly:

Slice the muffin in half.
Brush 50 grams of melted butter on both slices.
Place the cheese on one muffin slice.
Grill for a minute and let the cheese melt.
Place the muffin with the melted cheese on a surface, plate, or cutting board.
Stack sausage patty and egg on top of the cheese.
Cover with the other muffin slice.
Slice into servings and enjoy!

• 16 mozzarella slices
• 8 ham slices

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk

Leave gaps on each side of the bread.
Press the edges to seal.

Melt butter.
