Ideas And Tips:

• Always freeze your fruits for smoothies. Using fresh fruit makes your smoothies watery. Smoothies also taste great when cold.

• You can place the chopped fruits on a baking tray before freezing them. This makes sure they do not clump up and makes it harder for your blender to work. You can then transfer your frozen fruit by batches in tightly sealed bags so that your freezer is more organized, and saves space.

• Pour your liquid ingredient first into the blender. This makes it easier for your blender’s blade to mash the rest of the solid ingredients.

• You can substitute cranberry or grape juice for pomegranate juice.
