Just because it’s green does not mean it only tastes like blended veggies. These 5 green smoothies have natural sweeteners like fruits, milk, and fruit juice. These smoothies are great alternatives to caffeinated drinks and perk you up just the same.
Ingredients:
TropiKale Smoothie:
• 3/4 cup of coconut milk
• 1 banana
• Half a cup of pineapple
• Half a cup of mango
• 1 cup of kale
• Half a tsp of freshly grated ginger
Vanilla-Avocado Smoothie:
• 3/4 cup of cashew milk
• 1 cup of greens
• Half of an avocado
• 1 banana
1 to 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
Citrus Green:
• 3/4 cup of orange juice
• 1 cup of baby spinach
• 2 clementines, peeled
• Half of an avocado
Peachy Green Tea Smoothie:
• 1 cup of coconut milk
• 1 cup of greens
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of sliced peaches
• 2 tsp of matcha green tea powder
Lean Mean Green Smoothie:
• Half a cup of coconut water
• Half a cup of plain yogurt
• 2 cups of kale
• Half of an English cucumber
• Half of an avocado
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
These smoothies take about 5 minutes to make each. Serves 2 glasses each.
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

• Add the liquid first in the blender, followed by the ingredient that is hardest to blend. Doing this will make it easier for your blender to work.
