Here’s another chicken snack recipe that kids will surely love and enjoy! Chicken popsicle nuggets recipe is quick and simple to prepare for snack. You can also prepare this for lunch. You only need a few ingredients and some of your favorite seasonings for that delicious flavor. You can serve these chicken popsicle nuggets with your favorite dipping sauce. This recipe takes about 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 500 grams chicken breast (boneless and cubed)
• 4 white bread slices
• 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
• 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tbsp oil
• 1 medium egg
• 1 tbsp milk
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• some oil for frying
• popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Remove the crusts off the four slices of white bread.
Slice into smaller pieces.
Put inside a food processor or blender.
Process until they break into smaller pieces.
Add boneless and cubed chicken breast.
Season with ginger paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, pepper powder, paprika powder, and salt.
Mix well.
Process until shredded and combined well.
Transfer to a flat surface.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp of oil and knead the mixture until smooth.
Flatten it to 1.5 to 2 inches thick.
Cut into rectangles, then cut into half.
Form the nugget edges like that of a popsicle ice cream.
Insert a popsicle stick on each nugget.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, add 1 medium egg, 1 tbsp milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
Beat the egg and mix well.
Dip each popsicle nugget into the egg mixture until coated well.
Coat each with breadcrumbs.
Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add oil and warm them up.
Fry the popsicle nuggets until golden.
Remove from the pan and let it cool.
Serve with dips and enjoy!
