• 2 eggs
• 1 oz chopped lean turkey ham
Instructions:
Wash, peel, and grate small potatoes.

Add the grated potatoes and 1/4 cup boiled peas.
Add seasonings – 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1/4 tsp onion/

• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup blueberries
