This recipe takes about 2 minutes to make. Serves 1.
• 1 small banana
• 2/3 cup of lite milk
• 2/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
• 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 tbsp honey
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for about a minute or until your desired texture.
Pour smoothie into a glass and serve with a straw.
