The only way to ruin a healthy salad is when you load it a fatty, oily and high-calorie dressing. This kreamy curry dressing recipe uses apples as the main ingredient. You can make it ahead, put it in a jar and keep it in the fridge. This salad dressing can store in the fridge for a week. This tangy and mildly-spiced creamy dressing is perfect for any salad mix that you want to eat as a quick snack, a starter, or a meal on its own.

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1 apple, cored and diced
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp ginger
• 1 cup of olive oil
• juice of 1 lemon
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 4 cups salad mix

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make. Serves 5.

Put salad green in a huge salad bowl.
To make the dressing, put all the ingredients in a food processor curry powder, apple, garlic, ginger, olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over salad mix.
Toss well to make sure that everything is coated with the salad dressing.

You can use anything for your raw salad mix but it is best to make it is balanced.
