Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake:
• 350 grams of strawberries, stemmed
• 100 grams of cacao powder
• 100 milliliters of orange juice
• 100 grams of shelled hemp seeds
• 100 grams of cacao butter
• 60 grams of coconut butter
• 50 grams of goji berries

Strawberry Topping:
• 50 grams of strawberries, stemmed
• 50 grams of goji berries
• 50 milliliters of orange juice
• 20 grams of raw agave nectar

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 30 minutes to make. The cake needs to set in the fridge overnight. Serves 4 to 5.

Soak goji berries in water for 20 minutes.
Drain goji berries and put in a blender.
Add strawberries, cacao powder, orange juice, hemp seeds, cacao butter, and coconut butter.
Blend until smooth.
Pour cake batter into a cake pan and keep in the fridge for few hours or overnight.
To prepare the strawberry topping, put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Spread on top of the chilled chocolate cake.
