This recipe takes about 3 to 5 minutes to make. Serves 2 (if you are willing to share!).

Ingredients:

• Frozen bananas
• Scoop of peanut butter
• 3 to 4 dates
• Salt to taste
• Cacao nibs
• Raw chocolate date fudge

Instructions:

Add the bananas, dates, peanut butter and a pinch of salt in a blender. Whirl until the bananas become mushy.
Scoop the mixture onto a bowl, and add your toppings: cacao nibs and raw chocolate fudge.

Ideas And Tips:

• It is best to use very ripe to almost overripe bananas because they are extra sweet. Store them in the freezer overnight for great results.

• If you’re not a fan of dates, you can also add raisins, cherries or trail mix.

• For additional sweetness, try some chocolate chips or drizzle with chocolate sauce.
