Ingredients:
• 1 cup boiled shredded chicken
• 1/4 cup shredded cucumber
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot
• 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• Butter
• Tomato ketchup
Instructions:
This recipe takes about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add the 1 cup boiled shredded chicken, 1/4 cup shredded cucumber, 1/4 cup shredded carrot, and 1/4 cup shredded cabbage.
Add seasonings – 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp white pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Add 1/4 cup cream and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Mix until well combined.
Cut the crusts off of the bread slices.
Spread butter on one side of a bread slice.
Spread tomato ketchup on one side of another bread slice.
Scoop a chicken and vegetable mixture and put it on the bread with butter spread.
Cover with the second bread slice with tomato ketchup spread.
Serve as it is or cut in half.
