Eggless Butter Naan Recipe In 15 Minutes – No Yeast & Curd, No Oven & Tandoor

Naan bread is a popular Indian dish that can be served as a snack or a dinner meal. Traditionally, this bread is cooked in an oven, but it can be cooked in a skillet.


• 2.5 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Butter


In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Whisk until well combined.
Add lemon juice and oil.
Add warm milk gradually.
Mix well until it becomes a soft dough.
Dust off a flat surface or board.
Get a part of the dough.
Roll out into a pancake.

Set a skillet over medium heat.
Put the pancake on it and let it cook.
Once you see a change in color, brush it with butter.
Continue cooking and flipping it on each side.
Apply butter again.
Continue to cook until its fluffy.
Serve and enjoy!
