Eggless Bread Toast Recipe For Breakfast

Looking for another breakfast idea? Try this eggless bread toast that is very easy and simple to prepare. Onions, green chili, and coriander leaves combined with flour and a kick of red chili powder gives a different taste for your morning meal. You can pair it up with your favorite bacon and a healthy breakfast smoothie to start your day.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup gram flour
• 1 medium onion (sliced)
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 100 ml water
• Bread
• Oil for frying

Instructions:

Put gram flour, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves in a large mixing bowl.
Season with salt and red chili powder.
Mix until well combined.
Gradually add water and continue to mix until well combined.
Soak a slice of bread into the mixture.
Make sure that the bread is fully coated with the mixture.
Set aside.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add oil and let it heat.
Put the coated bread and let it fry for a few minutes until each side turns golden.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
