Ingredients:
• ¾ lb of fresh organic baby greens
• ¾ lb of sliced organic ripe mangoes
• ¾ lb of sliced organic bell peppers
• 1 dried organic hot pepper, seeded
Instructions:
This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make. Serves 5 to 6.
Put your baby greens in a large salad bowl or punch bowl.
To make the dressing, put mangoes, bell peppers and dried hot pepper in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour dressing on top of the baby greens.
Give it a good toss to coat all the greens with the dressing.
