Cook this easy herb-grilled chicken recipe for dinner. The chicken is marinated in a flavorful mix of herbs and spices. Ingredients:
• 3 chicken breasts (skinless)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Marinade:
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp coriander (chopped)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare a portable blender.
Add three cloves of garlic.
Season with 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt to taste, and 1/2 tsp brown sugar.
Add 2 tsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp chopped coriander.
Drizzle 1/4 cup olive oil.
Blend until well combined.
Place three skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Pour over the marinade over the chicken breasts.
Spread on both sides to coat well.
Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Set a grill pan over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and brush it on the pan.
Once heated, add the marinated chicken breasts.
Pour the excess marinade over the chicken.
Let it grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Reduce to medium heat.
Let it grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Once done, remove from the grill pan and transfer to a plate.
Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
